A craft beer identity inspired by mythology, mystery, and the underworld.
We designed the packaging and visual language for HADES I.P.A., a bold India Pale Ale by Local Heroes Brewing. Drawing from the myth of Hades and the legendary Acheron River in Epirus—often referred to as the gateway to the underworld—this beer encapsulates the unseen, the untold, the depths beneath the surface.
With striking red-violet contrasts, elemental symbols, and the silhouette of the god himself, the design balances brutal minimalism with narrative depth. The custom illustrations, label layout, and brand stickers evoke a journey through shadow and fire—mirroring the intense, aromatic character of the I.P.A. itself.
HADES I.P.A. is a tribute to local lore, heroic craft, and timeless storytelling.
